Coils are the result of our many years of experience. Each coil is carefully crafted using high-grade materials. To ensure that the coils meet our strict quality standards, we conduct extensive testing. Compared with traditional coils, it has great advantages in terms of electrical efficiency, structural strength and dielectric strength.
APS induction coil overall features: no rod structure, horizontal winding, porcelain insulation treatment, furnace-leakage monitoring, high voltage ignition and overheating protection.
Special winding process: Without traditional water-cooling coil, it is made of solid, durable, highly conductive oxygen-free copper tube wound in one piece, without segmentation. The coil turns gap is tight and uniform, so that the coil can obtain maximum electrical efficiency.
Porcelain insulation treatment:The two adjacent turns of the induction coil are strictly insulated. Insulation sheets are implanted between adjacent turns of the coil, and are pressed into a complete structure after bonding with high temperature glue. The inter-turn arc-shaped insulating sheet ensures uniform wire spacing and facilitates the discharge of moisture inside the coil.
The inner wall of the coil is evenly implanted with induction probes to monitor the leakage of the furnace and provide better protection for the permanent layer of the coil.
We design and manufacture coils that are highly efficient and extremely robust, providing reliable protection against high voltage sparks and overheating.
There is convenient access for easy maintenance and repair of the coil.
