2. Fiber control system
2-1. Running more stable. Advanced optical fiber control system, signal transmission is all realized through optical fiber, fully digital control circuit, strong anti-interference ability, system operation is more stable and reliable.
2-2. More precise control. It can realize stable startup according to 1-3% of the total power of the power supply, and finely control the output power, so as to control the heating curve accurately to the maximum extent, and better adapt to the user's production process needs.
2-3. Melting faster. It takes less than 0.2 seconds from start-up to full power output, and It can react in real time according to the changes of furnace conditions to keep fully power output in the whole smelting process, so it can melt faster.
3. DSP digital control system
Being control by DSP processor, the parameters are solidified in the program. Internal parameters are not affected by environmental changes, compared with the analog control system, it has higher stability.
4. Emergency backup module
Low maintenance cost. The core components of APS KGCL power supply, such as thyristors, capacitors, etc, are equipped with spare modules. The backup modules can be quickly activated when production is stopped due to any trouble of core components. It can continue to produce without repair,and it does not sacrifice any performance parameters,which still keep full power output.
5. Fault self-diagnosis function
5-1. Low maintenance cost. When the operation is wrong or there is a fault alarm, the touch screen will display the fault content, and you can know the corresponding solution by clicking "Help". More than 90% of common faults can be quickly solved by users themselves,so as not to delay production.
5-2. Low running cost.The smart meter can real-time record and display power consumption per ton, daily power consumption, and monthly power consumption, which providing reliable and detailed smelting data for user to make cost accounting and production planning.
6. Split modular assembly mode
6-1. low maintenance cost. The rectifier and inverter are separated, and there is a maintenance channel in the middle,so users can easily reach all components in the KGCL power supply. All components inside KGCL power supply can be disassembled independently without affecting other components.
6-2. More practical. If users want to increase production capacity in the future, they only need to add some relevant modules on the basis of the original power supply to achieve model upgrade,instead of purchasing another new one to reduce investment cost.
