Structural features
1. The heating chamber mainly adopts an all-metal screen structure, with less deformation, small thermal inertia, suitable for low temperature tempering, long life and easy maintenance.
2. Adopt nickel belt heater, easy installation and low failure rate.
3. There are movable insulation doors in the front and back of the furnace, which are closed when heating to prevent heat loss; and open when cooling, forming a high-pressure airflow channel to speed up the cooling speed.
4. Equipped with a convection heating device and a rapid cooling device, inert gas can be charged when heating, and the convection heating device is turned on to achieve uniform convection heating in the low temperature section and improve work efficiency. The rapid cooling system can effectively control the deformation of the workpiece and accelerate the cooling of the workpiece.
5. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize three control modes of automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and the operation is flexible.
HYC2-433 (2BAR) vacuum oil quenching furnace consists of a hot chamber and a cold chamber. The hot chamber is mainly used for heating the workpiece, and the cold chamber is mainly used for cooling the workpiece. This furnace has a low-pressure air cooling function for auxiliary cooling and a large oil tank, which can meet the quenching of most workpieces. It is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of high-speed steel, hot and cold working die steel, martensitic stainless steel, elastic alloys, magnetic materials and titanium alloys.
We have carefully designed all the shapes, structures, materials, and assembly processes of our equipment. We have cleverly used the modern industrial design software Solidworks for structural simulation, assembly inspection, mechanical simulation, appearance matching, etc. After long-term efforts, our company has sorted out the customer information collected from various parties and made the following improvements to the furnace type:
1. The hinge of the furnace door is our new hinge; the furnace door limit does not need manual lifting, the furnace door is automatically locked when it opens to 90 degrees, and it will be released with a little force when it is back;
2. It has a complete and reliable position detection and control structure;
3. The heat exchanger adopts an extruded tube heat exchanger and a unique water inlet and outlet method, which has a faster cooling speed in the low temperature section;
4. The water-cooled electrode and other structural improvements are easier to assemble, have a higher conductive cross-section, and are more reliable;
5. The improvement of the lifting platform reduces customer maintenance costs and improves equipment reliability;
6. The ultra-strong material car load design, all components have undergone mechanical simulation;
7. It has phase sequence protection. When there is a phase loss or a wrong phase, the equipment cannot be started and an alarm will be issued;
8. The motor has an overheating, overcurrent, short circuit, and tripping inspection and alarm function;

Furnace Body
The furnace body is composed of a double-layer cylindrical shell welded to a butterfly-shaped head to form the main body of the furnace. The furnace body consists of a hot chamber, a cold chamber, an oil tank, etc. The hot chamber furnace body is respectively provided with electrode holes, thermocouple holes, temperature measurement holes, vacuum exhaust ports, etc.; the cold chamber furnace body is respectively provided with a middle door square box, a lifting motor hole, an advance and retreat motor hole, a fan motor flange, a vacuum exhaust port, etc.; the furnace door is composed of two butterfly-shaped heads welded to a flange, and the hot chamber, cold chamber, and furnace door are all double-layer water-cooled structures, with water cooling in the middle.

Vacuum System
The hot and cold chambers of this furnace share a vacuum system, which is composed of a medium vacuum system consisting of an H-70 sliding valve pump, a ZJ-300 Roots pump, and an American Boley vacuum butterfly valve, and is measured by Chengdu Zhenghua's vacuum measurement system. The system has a fast pumping speed and stable performance, and is mainly used for the mid-to-high-end equipment produced by our company. The Roots pump is controlled by a frequency converter, which can adjust the speed of the Roots pump in real time to adjust the vacuum degree and reduce energy consumption, thereby reducing the cost of use
The heating chamber furnace is round and made of carbon steel metal frame, 50MM thick graphite soft felt, carbon rope, etc. The graphite heater is a triangular rat dragon structure, which is independently installed and controlled in the front and rear areas, and the installation is easy and reliable. It is then controlled by control elements such as thyristor voltage regulator, intelligent temperature control instrument, thermocouple, etc. This type of furnace has less heat storage and good insulation effect.
This furnace type has independent temperature control in the front and rear areas. Two thermocouples measure the temperature of the front and rear points and supply it to the British Continental temperature control instrument. The instrument has two independent circuit control functions and high control accuracy, so as to achieve the purpose of small temperature difference between the front and rear and high temperature uniformity.

Lifting System
The lifting system consists of a reducer, a sealing sleeve, a main transmission assembly, a driven sprocket assembly, a trolley, and a small trolley. The lifting operation is directly driven by the reducer. The main transmission shaft directly drives the chain lifting trolley to move up and down; thereby achieving the purpose of up and down movement;
1. There is a guide rod at the rear of the material trolley to prevent the material trolley from sliding forward and backward during the lifting process;
2. The material trolley is designed with a guide wheel to prevent the material trolley from tilting left and right;
3. The material trolley uses special bearings; it has a stronger load-bearing capacity;
4. The material trolley is limited by a gear speed change device; it is more reliable and accurate than the traditional one;
5. The lifting reducer is designed with a brake device, which can be opened manually. The reducer can be manually rotated during a power outage, and is equipped with a rotating handle;
Feeder and return trolley
The moving principle of the feed and retract trolley is that the lever drives the trolley forward and backward. The feed and retract trolley is designed with front position and home position sensing devices, and the movement is sensitive and reliable;
Assistance Systems
Water cooling system:
Each cooling water group is equipped with an independent water flow viewer, which can intuitively view the water flow. Water temperature, water pressure and other alarm devices are set on the water line. When the water pressure is lower than a certain set pressure, an alarm will be issued, and when it is higher than a certain set temperature, an alarm will also be issued. If a water failure alarm occurs, the backup water switching valve will automatically open and switch to the backup water.
Compressed air system:
The system is equipped with a source filter and pressure regulating device at the air inlet, and a pressure detection device. When the pressure is lower than a certain set pressure, an alarm will be issued. And the backup air source switching valve will automatically open and switch to the backup air source.
Inflating system:
A pressure switch is installed on the inflation pipeline. When the pressure in the user's gas tank is lower than a certain set pressure, an alarm will be issued or corresponding treatment will be performed. An imported pressure sensor is installed on the furnace body to detect the pressure in the furnace in real time.
