Structural features:
The furnace is a circular single-chamber horizontal front and rear double-door structure, which is conducive to operation and maintenance. Heating chamber is four-layer stainless steel
It is composed of a rectangular tube anti-radiation screen structure composed of sheets and a front and rear flat radiation screen. In order to facilitate assembly and maintenance, the entire heat shield rectangular tube is composed of sections. The heating element is a nickel-chromium belt, which is controlled by multiple zones to ensure uniform furnace temperature and meet the requirements of brazing process. Magnesium collectors are used to collect magnesium vapors volatilized during the brazing process to prevent contamination of the vacuum unit. The electronic control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize three control modes of automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and the operation is flexible.
